Course Enrollment and Payment
Course fees are stated in Euros and must be paid in full before the course start date unless alternative payment arrangements have been agreed upon in writing. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We offer various payment options including credit cards and bank transfers. Payment confirms your enrollment and secures your place in the course. Pricing may change without notice, but enrolled students will not be affected by subsequent price changes for their current courses.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
Students may cancel their enrollment and receive a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the course start date. Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course begins or after the course has started. In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, in which case full refunds will be provided.

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or courses. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect service availability. We will provide advance notice when possible. This includes changes to course content, schedules, instructors, or delivery methods to maintain educational quality.

Our services are primarily designed for users in Finland and the European Economic Area.
