Legal Agreement

  • Participate actively and constructively in all course activities and discussions
  • Submit original work and properly attribute any sources or references used
  • Maintain professional communication standards in all interactions
  • Report any technical issues, concerns, or violations promptly to our team
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Respect the time and expertise of instructors by arriving prepared for sessions

Prohibited Activities and Restrictions

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access:

  • Sharing, distributing, or selling course materials to unauthorized third parties
  • Recording, copying, or reproducing course content without explicit written permission
  • Using our services to engage in any form of academic dishonesty or plagiarism
  • Disrupting classes, harassing participants, or creating a hostile learning environment
  • Attempting to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
  • Using multiple accounts to gain unauthorized benefits or discounts
  • Engaging in any activity that could damage our reputation or interfere with others' use
  • Submitting false information during registration or enrollment processes

Age Restrictions and Eligibility

Our services are intended for individuals aged 16 years or older. Users between 16 and 18 years of age must have parental or guardian consent to use our services and enroll in courses. By using our services, you represent that you meet the age requirements and have obtained necessary consent if applicable. We may request verification of age or parental consent at any time. Accounts created by underage users without proper consent will be terminated.

User Obligations and Responsibilities

You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and current account information at all times
  • Securing your account credentials and preventing unauthorized access
  • All activities that occur under your account, whether authorized or not
  • Ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet connectivity to access courses

Indemnification Obligations

Liability Limitations and Disclaimers

WebCraft provides educational services but makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, skill acquisition rates, or career advancement. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WebCraft shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use or inability to use our services.

Warranty Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness, or reliability of any content or materials provided through our services. No advice or information obtained from WebCraft or through our services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in these terms.

Consequential Damages Exclusion

Under no circumstances shall WebCraft be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages whatsoever, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, data, or use, regardless of whether WebCraft was advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which such damages are sought, whether contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

Force Majeure Provisions

WebCraft shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, wars, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials. In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users and reschedule services when possible.

Governing Law and Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Finland, excluding its conflicts of law rules. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Helsinki, Finland, for resolution of any disputes. However, if you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and mandatory consumer protection laws of your country may apply.

Dispute Resolution Procedures

We strongly encourage resolving disputes through direct communication with our team. If you have a complaint or dispute, please contact us first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to address your concerns. Most issues can be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If informal resolution fails, you may pursue legal remedies through the appropriate courts. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.

Assignment and Transfer

You may not assign, transfer, or sublicense your rights or obligations under these terms without our prior written consent. WebCraft may assign or transfer these terms, in whole or in part, to any successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets. These terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and WebCraft regarding your use of our services. These terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, between you and WebCraft with respect to the subject matter.

Modifications to Terms

WebCraft reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, by sending notifications to registered users. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must discontinue using our services.

Survival of Terms
